The West Point Yacht Club is a non-profit organization founded in 1995. The purpose and mission statement of the club has yet to be finished but primarily involves

1. Serving as venue/resource for its members to host events, access the water, come together
2. Providing access for local fisherman aka working waterfront
3. A resource/gathering place for the  local community at large.

During July and August we offer complementary Sunday morning coffee, please stop by anytime.

New in 2009:

For the 2009 season, we are overjoyed to have “the Store” up and running, complete with new dock, running water and cooking facilities.

We have partnered with the Maine Island Trail (MITA) to offer guest facilities and a place to for trekkers cruising along the coast to stop.

In addition we offer a 3500 lb granite guest mooring for larger vessels.

• 1st Annual Laser Regatta – July 5th
• Art Opening for local area artists
• 6th Annual summer Days 2009!!!
